During the design phase: Any product listed in the tentative BoQ can be replaced or removed while discussions about designs are ongoing with your team, provided this is done before the order is placed.During the order phase: As all items are custom-made, cancellations, replacements, or modifications cannot be accommodated once the order is confirmed. However, rest assured that your design team will thoroughly review all items with you prior to finalizing the order.At the time of delivery: If the product you receive is damaged, defective, or does not align with the agreed specifications, we provide the following resolution options:
Preconditions for Return, Exchange, & Refund
72-Hour Inspection Policy
We ensure a prompt response to any return requests. Once you notify us regarding a return, an executive will visit your location to inspect the product. If applicable, the return process will be initiated within 72 hours.
Replacement TimelineOnce a return is accepted, the replacement timeline may vary depending on the product. Our representatives will keep you informed throughout the process, and every effort will be made to ensure the replacement reaches you promptly.
Delay PenaltyWhat is the Delay Penalty?The Delay Penalty is a discount provided when handovers are delayed beyond 15 days from the confirmed move-in date*. This date is specified in the Project Schedule after all sales orders are finalized.Penalty AmountIn the case of delays (excluding snag rectifications), a penalty of 0.25% of the project value per week of delay will apply, up to a maximum of 3% of the project value. This penalty is applicable after a grace period specific to the handover timeline:

Payment Mode Effective
August 1, 2024, the Delay Penalty will be issued as store credit in the form of a redemption voucher, valid for six months. This store credit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
Example:
If the move-in date is July 1, 2024, and the project value is INR 10,00,000, a penalty of INR 2,500 (0.25% of INR 10,00,000) per week will apply for delays beyond July 16, 2024. The maximum penalty will not exceed 3% of the project value. Move-in Definition: A project is considered ready for move-in if all essential spaces, such as the kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms, are functional. Minor snags, such as part replacements, aesthetic issues, or electrical finishing work, do not affect move-in readiness as long as functionality remains intact.
